Residential Care

Residents receiving residential care will have the freedom to live their life the way that suits them every day, and assistance will be available at any time of day should a resident need it. Residential care is best suited to those who are no longer able to upkeep their household or who cannot carry out their personal regime without additional help.

We will encourage residents to put their unique abilities and skills to good use so that they can continue to lead a self-sufficient life as much as possible. Residents are able to spend each day pursuing their favourite activities as well as socialise with those of similar ages while all housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and administrative tasks are dealt with.

Nursing Care

Nursing Care is available to residents who require 24/7 medical assistance and personal care. This method of care will be highly beneficial to individuals that have high dependency needs, physical disabilities, or who are living with long-term health conditions or illnesses. Both day care and night care is provided by a team of nurses to ensure a person’s safety at all times.

Our nursing home features the most modern nursing equipment including profiling beds, hoists, nurse call systems and other specialised equipment for optimal comfort during a resident’s stay. Each resident will be assigned a nurse who will get to know a resident and their family, and who will understand their likes, dislikes and preferences in order to provide a high standard of nursing care.

Dementia Care

We are pleased to offer dementia care to people living with dementia. Dementia is a degenerative condition that affects the brain in a number ways. People with dementia often struggle to communicate, rationalise and remember past events. Individuals living with dementia will receive exceptional care at our home which will help them to live an active and happy life. Our care team has received extensive training in dealing with all aspects of dementia, and our home has been designed to provide a relaxing, homely environment.

As we are aware that each resident is at different stages, the level of care provided will differ from person to person. Every person residing with us will have their own personalised care plan which guarantees an appropriate care method, which will be reviewed with family members as and when it’s needed.

Respite Care

Respite care is a form of care provided for short-term care needs. Those who are carers will benefit from this as they take a break from their caregiving responsibilities for a few days or weeks. This care type is also suitable for those who have recently had an injury or operation and require somewhere to stay until they are ready to return to normal life.

Respite care is used as a way of trialling a care home before deciding whether or not the home is the right fit for the, this usually lasts around four weeks. It doesn’t matter how long an individual stays with us, everyone is entitled to treat our home as their own so that they can get the most out of their stay.
