Respite Care is a care option provided to those who require short-term care; ideal for when an individual requires support following an operation or illness and needs a place to stay to recover as it’s unsafe at home, or a caregiver needs to be relieved of their duties. Every resident at Woodlands receives the highest-quality care no matter their medical and health care needs, or length of stay. Our kind and experienced staff are well-versed in recognising and responding to a wide range of health conditions, allowing them to deliver personalised care 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Regardless of the duration of a resident’s stay, our care services at Woodlands Care Home are inclusive. Each resident receives a private bedroom, provided meals, access to activities and entertainment, use of in-house facilities, and support with daily activities. Additionally, nursing care is available based on the individual’s specific care requirements.

The duration of respite care at Woodlands Care Home varies based on individual needs and bed availability. A minimum stay of 3 weeks is required to ensure residents have ample time to settle in and benefit from our comprehensive care services. For more details, please contact our team.
